Sanae Kikuta sera el rival de Yoshida para el evento de principio de año en Sengoku!

Se confirma que en marzo de 2009 habra un SENGOKU Featherweight GP!! Asi lo ha dicho el Rp de WVR Kuniyasu. Dream tambien hara su GP, pero la diferencia sera que, en sengoku el peso sera de hasta 65kg, mientras que parte de Dream se hara como hasta 63 kg.

Como ya se anunciaba hace unos dias Sengoku ficha a Antonio Silva para su proximo evento en enero.
Sengoku have announced one more fight for their NYE (on January 4) card. The addition of Antonio Silva strengthes their heavy weight division and it is a very good addition for them.
The EliteXC champion is taking on Pride veteran Yoshihiro "Kiss" Nakao. Nakao's claim to fame is really kissing Heath Herring 3 years ago. Herring preceeded to KO Nakao before the fight had started. Nakao is giving up about 40kg in this fight.
The question now is, how long before we see even more EliteXC fighters coming to Japan? I have a feeling Sengoku is signing up a lot of these fighters lately.

PD: Bill Douglas de la California State Athletic Commission avisa con revocar su licencia a Pezao, su lucha fuera de la jurisdiccion de ésta, estando suspendido por uso de esteroides.
Bill Douglas, comenta, que si Silva lucha, recomendara a la Comision, revocar su licencia.

hay problemas para el pobre de Pezao
Si pelea en Japon, la CSAC le quita la licencia, pq esta suspendido por dar positivo por dopping, cosa q el niega q se dopara

Sergey Golyaev vs Eiji Mitsuoka!
One additional fight was announced for SENGOKU NO RAN 2009 today. It is a Lightweight strong candidate for number 1 contender fight between SENGOKU Lightweight GP semifinalist, Eiji Mitsuoka, and the man who defeated Gomi, Sergey Golyaev.
Posiblemente hoy haya un par mas de emparejamientos confirmados, incluyendo el de King Mo.
Ademas, en la rueda de prensa han confirmado que habra evento para Marzo, Mayo y Julio

DAVE HERMAN VS. CHOI MU BAE
World Victory Road on Thursday announced that Dave Herman will face Choi Mu Bae at the Jan. 4 Sengoku 7 event in Saitama, Japan.
Herman is a former EliteXC fighter. He holds a 13-0 professional record and has never gone to a decision, knocking out or TKOing 10 of his opponents. He TKO'd all three of his EliteXC foes, which include UFC veterans Kerry Schall and Ron Waterman, and American Top Team heavyweight Mario Rinaldi.
Fighting out of Seoul, South Korea, Choi Mu Bae maintains a 7-3 professional record in MMA. He was submitted by UFC veteran Marcio Cruz at Sengoku 3 in June. He holds wins over such fighters as Gary Goodridge and Sao Palelei.
Sengoku 7 features a lightweight title bout between Takanori Gomi and Satoru Kitaoka and a middleweight championship pitting Jorge Santiago against Kazuo Misaki.

King Mo Vs. Yukiya Naito!!!
Three new fights have been announced for SENGOKU NO RAN 2009. In the only announced fight for the main card, King Mo will take on Yukiya Naito, who is 9-1 in his last 10, in a Light Heavyweight fight. Yukiya Naito last fought just 9 days ago at DEEP 39 where he defeated Yuta Watanabe.
