Get ready London. The UFC has taken lemons and turned them into lemonade. A card that many were just days ago calling unfit for pay-per-view just received a strong infusion with the addition of Matt Hughes vs. Thiago Alves and Micheal Bisping vs. Chris Leban.
Many thought the card was mortally wounded with the loss of Mauricio Rua and Chuck Liddell, who were both forced to pull out of the card due to injuries. But, it appears that the UFC was able to rebound nicely and throw in a few "bonus" fights for our trouble. Seriously, this card is stacked. The addition of the two aforementioned fights pushes the count of "main card" quality match-ups on this card to seven. Yes, seven high quality match-ups. Let's hope the UFC airs more than six fights on the PPV this time around. Take a look at the current UFC 85 fight card as it stands:

Va a estar jodido seleccionar los 5 combates más importantes para la porra.
Si Thiago se impone a Hugues, se pone en primera linea para disputar el cinturo de GSP, y pienso que seria un combatazo, de dos tios que no se arrugan ni especulan, sino que salen a repartir y a dominar.Comentario

Chris Leben, a UFC middleweight who recently signed to fight Michael Bisping at UFC 85,
was arrested in Oregon on Wednesday for driving under the influence and
was placed in jail for violation of his probation, according to the
Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
As of late Wednesday evening, Leben remained behind bars.
A representative from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office told
MMAjunkie.com that Leben will go before a judge at
3 p.m. on Thursday. It was determined upon his booking that he was not eligible for bail
because of the probation violation, according to the representative.

Que rabia, Leben es mi favorito contra Bisping, ¿este inconveniente no le quitará de pelear en UFC 85 no? Yo creo que lo va a tumbar de culo en el tapiz ;D.

Chris Leben was not arrested this week for DUI.
When Chris moved to Hawaii he was in the process of completing classes for his probation on an old DUI in Portland Oregon. We worked hard to get his probation transferred to Hawaii but were unsuccessful.
When he got the call to fight Bisping on June 7th in London he knew what he had to do.
He immediately flew to Oregon and turned himself in on the probation violation. The warrant was a "no bail" warrant so he will have to sit in jail for 8-10 days before he gets a hearing. The moment he appeared before the judge after turning himself in the warrant was revoked and he is able to get his VISA for London.
Chris is in excellent shape and will finish his training camp with the help of Matt Hume.
Chris has worked hard the past year to grow both physically, mentally and spiritually. The actions he took to make this fight happen in London show this growth. Chris would like everyone to know he accepts responsibility for his past actions and will face the consequences and continue forward on his journey.

Bueno antes q nada les mando saludos puesto q en mi nueva casa no he instalado aun imternet y por eso mis comentarios no son tan abundantes como me gustaria. LO PEOR DE TODO ES Q NO PUDE DAR MI VALORACION EN LA ULTIMA LIGA FANTASTICA FE UFC, AGGG EM LLEVAIS UN EVENTO DE VENTAJA.
Muy rapidamente sobre ufc 85, decir q Matt Hughes ta ya un pelin quemado pero todos sabemos q nos puede sorprender, buena pelea contra alves q para mi ganara este enfrentamiento. Destacaria a
Thiago Tavares de todos los enfrentamientos aunq como aun espoeroq le echen a alguin de mejor nivel Matt Wiman no esta a la altura.

Recordemos que la ultima derrota de Matt Hughes fue ,bajo mi punto de vista, ante el mejor en su peso con bastante diferencia sobre el resto...(incluido Thiago Alves,que habria que ver lo que le duraria ahora mismo a GSP..)
Asi que espero que Matt vuelva a la senda de las victorias y ponga fino a nuestro amigo Alves..
