The next Ultimate Fight Night will take place on January 25, 2007 , live from the Seminole Hard Rock Arena in Hollywood , Florida . This event will feature Ultimate Fighter season two winner Rashad Evans taking on UFC newcomer Sean Salmon. In ten professional fights, Salmon is 9-1 with his only loss coming to the hands of UFC veteran David Heath. This will be a good match-up with Evans? wrestling and Salmon?s ground game (won 6 of 9 by submission). Two other middleweight fights were announced as former King of Pancrase, Nathan Marquardt takes on ADCC Champion Dean Lister. Marquardt is 3-0 in the UFC and has not lost a fight since 2003. Lister is also undefeated in the UFC at 2-0 with his last loss coming by the way of decision to Ricardo Arona in 2005. The other middleweight bout announced was Team Quest?s Ed ?Short Fuse? Herman taking on Chris ?the Exorcist? Price. Both of these fighters will try to earn their first UFC victory.
